Argh! Student scariness abounds!
It comes to pass (harhar) that it's results day today for A-level students, so GOOD LUCK to y'all, y'hear? Don't listen to all the clap about them getting easier, if anything, there's more work involved than there ever has been, so you do deserve the grades. If you do listen to the nonsense, you'll only feel short-changed, and feel bitter, and doubt yourself- which is no way forward from here. So, feel proud after all the work and determination put in.
In other news, ginger nuts are just gooorgeous. The firmness, the taste, the texture. Yum. I have a thing for biscuits, and I guess these guys must rate highly for me, but I hadn't eaten them for ages 'til last night. Still don't beat custard creams though, or those oat crunch things you can buy (for extorionate prices) on trains, or pick up at conferencey type events: but not in shops! Madness! The nicest biscuit in existence, and you can't even buy it in the shops!
